Position : Temp Customer Service Officer (3pax)
Contract period : 1 Apr 24 – 30 Sep 24

Working hours : 8 hours per weekday, from 8.30am to 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break)
Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays
Requirement : Diploma (≤3 years working experience) – Junior Executive - Hourly salary - $13 - $18/hr depending on relevant working experience.

The role of a Temporary Staff is to perform general administrative and duties to support the client’s operations and be involved in frontline operations such as assisting our customers in their request for services and answering of telephone enquiries. A Temporary Staff will be required to fulfil other ad-hoc duties that are assigned by the client.

(b) At least possess a Diploma education qualification (≤3 years working experience).
(c) Possess effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills. He/she must be IT-savvy and conversant with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
(d) Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. He/She must also be patient and sensitive as they will be dealing with people of diverse backgrounds.
(f) Able to work effectively both independently and in teams.
