Responsibilities:
• Do appointment scheduling
• Answer phone calls and respond to customer’s emails and other avenues of communication
• Follow up with patients and clinics’ phone calls and emails when necessary
• Process payments and invoices to relevant parties
• Filing, checking invoices - labs, drugs
Requirements:
• Meticulous and detail-oriented
• Able to work well in team as well as individually
• Enjoy providing customer service support through phone call
• Effective follow-up skills
• Good time management and able to prioritise job tasks
