Position : Temp Admin Officer (3pax)


Contract period : 1 Apr 24 – 30 Sep 24

* Temps working for periods of 3 months or more are entitled to benefits.


Working hours : 8 hours per weekday, from 8.30am to 5.30pm (1 hour lunch break)

Monday to Friday excluding Public Holidays


Requirement : Degree - Hourly salary - $18/hr - $24/hr depending on relevant working experience.

The role of a Temporary Staff is to perform general administrative duties such as:

- Processing financial transactions.

- Assisting with tracking, updating of excel spreadsheets, and carrying out data entry in internal IT system.

- Handling customer enquiries.

- Handling other ad-hoc duties that are assigned by client.


Requirements:

The temporary staff must:

(b) At least possess a Degree education qualification (≤3 years working experience).

(c) Be familiar with Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications. Have experience in data entry, IT savvy and open to learning the use of in-house IT systems.

(d) Possess effective communication skills and good interpersonal skills

(e) Possess good interpersonal and communication skills. He/She must also be patient and sensitive as they will be dealing with people of diverse backgrounds.

(g) Able to work effectively both independently and in teams.

(h) Have a good eye for details.


Job responsibilities:

∙ Part of the team that handles the processing of financial transactions.

∙ Assisting with tracking, updating of excel spreadsheets, and carrying out data entry or info lookup in internal IT systems.

∙ Handling customer enquiries.

∙ Handling other ad-hoc duties that are assigned by client (e.g. filing/disposal of documents, data entry, statistical update and analysis, monitoring of cases) as and when required.
