Operation Assistant

Liten Logistics Services Pte Ltd

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Work with site supervisor and project coordinator on project planning.
  • Issue DO and job sheet.
  • Monitor DO and follow up with customers.
  • Supervise day-to-day project operation.
  • Lead a group of workers, arrange their daily works and maintain daily productivity record.
  • Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Renew certs – ISO, OHSAS, Bizsafe, etc.
  • To communicate and coordinate with warehouse operation team regarding daily inbound and outbound shipment arrangement.
  • Ensure that cargoes delivered by haulier is in good condition and in correct quantity
  • Clerical support to warehouse team e.g., print out shipping documents – delivery order, invoice, picking list, etc.
  • Any other duties required by the Management


Requirements:

  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficient in computer skills - MS Word, Excel
  • Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate/NITEC in any field.
