We are looking for a Sales Specialist to join our team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will help us to expand our clientele base and maintain great relationships with our clientele by ensuring their needs are met through our solutions and excellent service support. This individual will play an important role in new acquisitions and work with internal teams to strategize and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Acquire, build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Identify new business opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling
- Assist with client requests and issue escalations as needed
- Recommend to existing customers how new and existing enhancements will create value for them
- Work with cross functional teams to reveal potential opportunities within accounts
- Deliver regular product training to customers to ensure strong usage
- Gather client feedback for team to improve on solutions and services, pricing strategies and the operational process
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, any field
- Fresh graduates with the right attitude are welcome to apply
- Self-starter, meticulous and good with time management
