We are looking for a Recruitment Researcher to join our expanding team.
You will have the opportunity to work with an established team of recruitment consultants and partner with clients at law firms, MNCs, SMEs and start-ups across Asia.
Recruitment Researcher Role:
- Build and maintain a network of candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.
- Source candidates from referrals, career portals, database, social media, events and headhunting.
- Support consultants to deliver on specific search mandates.
- Research, map and identify top talent in the market.
- Attend candidate and client meetings, initially alongside senior consultants.
- Arrange interviews, ensuring candidates are fully briefed and provide regular communications and feedback.
- Independently manage day-to-day work schedule and prioritise tasks to achieve KPIs and targets.
