Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow solutions to support ITSM, ITOM, and BSM processes
- Configure ServiceNow platform components, including forms, workflows, business rules, and integrations with other systems
- Collaborate with other developers, administrators, project managers, and business stakeholders to understand and fulfill ServiceNow requirements
- Participate in ServiceNow design and architecture discussions, and provide recommendations for technical solutions and improvements
- Ensure ServiceNow solution quality by writing and executing unit tests, conducting code reviews, and using industry-standard development tools and techniques
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with ServiceNow platform updates and best practices, and apply them to ServiceNow development processes
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for ServiceNow solutions, including bug fixes, enhancements, and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- At least 3 - 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development or a related field
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and configurations, including forms, workflows, business rules, and integrations with other systems
- Experience with ITSM processes, workflows, and integrations
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow APIs
- Experience with development tools such as Visual Studio Code or Eclipse
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and projects.
