As the B2B Business Development for Brand Expansion, you will drive the growth and successful launch of multiple B2B products, each under its distinct brand. Your focus will be developing and executing go-to-market strategies for these new brands, targeting specific B2B audiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful market entry of these products.


This job scope outlines the responsibilities and qualifications tasked with launching and growing multiple B2B products under separate new brands. This role requires a strategic mindset, marketing expertise, and adaptability to manage multiple brand identities and distinct market segments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Brand Strategy:

- Develop individual brand strategies for each product, aligning them with market needs and target audience profiles.

- Define brand positioning, unique selling propositions (USPs), and brand identity elements.

2. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:

- Create comprehensive GTM strategies for each product brand, including messaging, pricing, and distribution channels.

- Plan and coordinate product launches, ensuring seamless execution.

3. Sales Enablement:

- Collaborate with the sales team to provide product-specific tools and resources.

- Develop sales training materials, product documentation, and sales collateral for each brand.

4. Marketing and Promotion:

- Craft marketing campaigns and content tailored to each brand's identity.

- Oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, to promote each brand.

5. Customer Acquisition and Retention:

- Design lead generation strategies specific to each brand.

- Implement customer retention strategies and loyalty programs for brand-specific customer segments.

6. Data Analysis and Performance Measurement:

- Define KPIs and metrics to measure the success of each product brand's launch.

- Utilize data and analytics to evaluate performance and optimize strategies.

7. Budget Management:

- Manage budgets for each brand's product launches and marketing campaigns.

- Ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI for each brand's growth initiatives.

8. Market and Competitive Analysis:

- Continuously monitor each product segment's market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities.

- Adapt strategies based on individual brand requirements.

9. Regulatory and Compliance:

- Ensure that all product launches and marketing activities comply with industry regulations and standards for each brand.

10. Feedback Collection and Iteration:

- Collect feedback from customers and internal stakeholders for each brand.

- Use feedback to iterate on each brand's product features, pricing, and messaging.

11. Stakeholder Management:

- Build and maintain relationships with key partners, customers, and vendors specific to each brand.

- Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure the success of individual product brands.

12. Risk Management:

- Identify potential risks to each brand's product launch and develop mitigation strategies specific to each brand.

Qualifications:

  • Degree/ Poly Diploma/ ITE Certification or work experience in Business, Sales or Marketing, or related field
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully launching new brands.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  • Ability to work independently

Good to have (A plus)

  • Proven experience in B2B product marketing and brand strategy.
  • Experience working with SaaS Products
  • Experience working in global teams
  • Plus, to know Sales and marketing tools and CRMs
