Job Description
- Position: Business Development Executive
- Well Established Employment Agency & Human Resource Consultancy Firm
- 5 Days Work Week (9:00am – 6:00pm)
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,000 + Uncapped Commission
- Outpatient Medical Benefit Provided
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Researching and identifying new leads and business prospects via various platforms.
- Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads, understanding their recruitment needs.
- Achieve monthly sales target set by the Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any business-related discipline.
- No prior experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.
- Self-motivated, result driven, confident and ability to work independently.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
