Job Description
- Position: Warehouse / Logistics Supervisor
- Well Established Japanese Manufacturing MNC
- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus
- Working hours: Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
- Working Location: Tuas
- Island Wide Company Transport Provided
- Outpatient Medical & Dental Insurance Provided

Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily warehouse operations.
- Manage import / export logistics operation to ensure smooth goods flow.
- Liaise and negotiate with forwarders and couriers.
- Provide operational support, training, and guidance to subordinates.
- Analyze and report logistics costs & forwarder services to drive for optimization of transportation solution.
- Support in annual forwarder selection program and Budget/Forecast data making.
- Drive continuous improvement activities.
- Ensure compliance with various company policies and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrable ability to lead and manage subordinates.
- Good analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
- Proficient in standard logistics terms and compliance requirements.
- Team Player / Independent / Initiative.
- Good time management and able to multi-task.
