- Be responsible for managing the full spectrum of finance functions.
- Review annual audited financial statements prepared by external auditors.
- Perform their tasks at an optimal level.
- Liaise with external auditors for yearly audit and issuance of financial statements; bankers and corporate secretary when required.
- Review contractual documents and liaise with lawyers as and when required.
- Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs for time to time.
- Reporting to the Director.
- Oversee and manage the Finance Department.
- Oversee financial planning and business performance analysis.
- GST reporting and other statutory reporting
- Ensure month/year-end closing is done smoothly and in accordance with the statutory rules.
- Manage the yearly budget and forecasting exercise for all departments.
- Manage the Company’s cash flow and cash projection.
- Compilation and reporting of all entities’ Management Accounts
