Job Description: -
- Able to prepare the raw materials and pre-preparations for all the food items on our menu
- Able to cook food items on our menu in large quantity
- Designing and implementing new ideas for the menu
- Oversee and manage the kitchen staff in all our outlets.
- Oversee the daily operation of the kitchen
- Ensure proper maintenance of the kitchen within each outlet
- Able to work as a team with other cooks and support
- Able to work in rotating night and day shifts
- Maintains food quality and safety standards
- Ensuring the Kitchen standards are being followed and adhered to by all employees
Requirements: -
- At least 4 years of relevant working experience as Chief Cook
- Must be dedicated and committed
- Able to work well in a team and individually
- Able to do a split shift and work on weekends and public holidays
- Able to multi-task and adapt to the fast-paced environment
- Uphold excellent food hygiene and kitchen safety practices
