We are looking for a creative, analytical and experienced Growth Marketing Specialist to join our team! The role requires the successful applicant to work with the Marketing Manager and the Head of Business Unit to strategize and operationalize the launch and growth of Momo internationally. You will be responsible for generating, managing, and executing growth marketing initiatives for the app. The successful candidate will be building strategies for agencies, talents, research insights, and identifying target users, and will be responsible for the data results. You will report to the Marketing Manager and work closely with the product and development teams in Beijing.

Description
- Research advertising trends and competitors’ pricing and products
- Decide on appropriate placement of ads and develop projects from start to finish to create content for ads
- Monitor social media and dashboard, eg. Google Analytics, Data.ai and report on the growth and analytics of campaigns
- Conduct market research to inform campaigns and monitor project status and budget
- Scale campaigns to maximize ROI
- Propose creative strategies to maximize growth for performance advertising and acquire target audiences.
- Support user acquisition campaigns on online channels
- Explore new areas of growth for performance marketing creatives
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to optimize and optimize collaboration workflows with the product and development teams as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a similar discipline from a reputable university
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital/growth marketing
- Experience in the applications/ social networking/ dating space will be preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communications with proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Outstanding analytical skills and comfortable using data analysis tools
- Passion for content and familiarity with the tech industry are preferred
- Self-starter and quick learner with strong organizational, communication and collaboration skills; ability to perform under pressure.
- Basic Mandarin comprehension and communication is a must
