Job Role -
· Perform items or suppliers sourcing. Build alliance with key suppliers for effective cost and purchasing strategies.
· Coordinate with inter department on purchase requisition, items delivery, receiving and storage.
· Close monitor on delivery schedule and ensure items on time delivery.
· Ensure the purchased item quality and coordinate with supplier on any goods rejection and return.
· Perform necessary system entry and updates for related procurement and delivery transactions.
· To assist and carry out any other duties as and when assigned by superior.
Requirements and skills -
· Possess of Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Supply Chain or related field of studies.
· At least 3 years working experience in the related field and experience in FMCG or food industries is an added advantage.
· Good interpersonal skills and leadership abilities and able to work independently.
· Strong analytical and good time management and delegation of responsibilities.
· Computer literate and able to operate MS Office applications.
