Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Administrative Assistant @ CLASS Department to join our team.


As the Sales and Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating pre-course and post-course administrative tasks for our short courses, ensuring that they run smoothly and efficiently.



Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate pre-course administrative tasks such as booking venues, arranging catering, and printing materials.
  • Assist with the promotion and sale of short courses, including responding to inquiries and following up with potential participants.
  • Communicate with course participants before and after the course, ensuring that they have all the necessary information and materials.
  • Manage the registration process, including handling payments and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed.
  • Liaise with instructors and course facilitators, ensuring that they have all the necessary materials and information.
  • Coordinate post-course administrative tasks such as issuing certificates and collecting feedback from participants.
  • Maintain accurate records and files related to short courses, including participant lists, feedback forms, and financial records.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, as needed.


Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience in sales and/or customer service.
  • Occasionally, candidate will be required to work during the weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Experience in coordinating events or courses is preferred.
