About the Role:
The Client Engagement & Marketing Executive plays a vital role in supporting the success of our client engagement and marketing teams. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, as well as lead generation, design work for presentation slides, and programme support. You will work closely with the client engagement and marketing teams, as well as other departments across the organisation, to ensure that our programmes run smoothly and that we meet the needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Process and track programme registrations per month, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
- Research and identify 20 qualified new leads for open programmes each month.
- Design and create presentation slides based on specific requirements.
- Support event registration as needed.
- Manage and maintain alumni and prospect data in Excel and CRM systems.
- Work with the finance team to process project claims.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively.
- A goal-oriented work ethic with a commitment to achieving individual and team objectives.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proactive, dynamic, and results-oriented.
- Ability to act with discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
