DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide support to monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting on facilities related matters in Data Centre
• Manage and supervise the vendors to carry out scheduled preventive facilities maintenance
• Handling the technical problem and incident. Responsible to escalation the problem and incident to engineer and manager.
• Handle Burn-In Test & Current Leakage Test for IT facilities
• Execute instructions provided by supervisors/Manager during the shift.
• To ensure Building Management System (BMS) is operations run smoothly and without interruption.
• Provide standby support upon activation for shift duty stand-in and/or other coverage.
• Maintain a professional image to clients and visitors.
• Ability to perform work shift 24 x 7 support including weekend and Public Holiday
REQUIREMENT
• Minimum diploma in building services engineering, electrical, mechanical, or equivalent
• At least 2 years of experiences in Data Centre/ Telecommunications industry for facilities operation
• Able to work independently and as a good team player/ willing to learn new skills with good initiatives.
• Good knowledge with minimum of two types critical facilities (Chille/cooling tower, UPS, STS, CRAS, Genset)
