Our company, ODO WALLART AND CURTAIN, is committed and dedicated to providing the best solutions and affordability to customers. We are on a lookout for 2 Sales Managers for us to groom and invite them to partake in our on-going development workplace. The 2 selected candidates will be reporting directly to the Company’s Director where you will receive proper training and undivided attention for continuous improvement and self development. During this 6 months, both candidates will be trained at the same training ground. After the 6 months program has ended, both selected candidates will be deployed to our 2 outlets at Hougang Mall and Northpoint City respectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Individual to be involved in:
1. Employee orientation on Company’s history, our range of products, and services that we cater to our clients
2. Role-playing various of sales techniques and skills to see where are the areas that should be improved on, so you’d be able to feel confident whilst giving a presentation to a potential prospect.
3. Identify and propose potential business opportunities to Director
4. Establish amazing customer relationships and maintaining good relationship with our vendors/suppliers 5. Professionally manage and handle customer’s expectations or requests to ensure that we meet high customer service satisfaction level 6. Accurate and Professional presentations of our full range of products and services
Technical Skills and Competencies:
1. Goal-driven, have the drive to want to exceed own’s targets and expectations
2. How to engage and present to customers professionally during presentation
3. Gain experience with learning how to monitor our competitors strategies
