Assisting Customer Services Manager for all aspects of moving Import and Export cargo from origin to destination inclusive of the customer service responsibilities.
1. Coordinate with customer for shipment information.
2. Generate Import manifest, tally sheet from OMS
3. Generate Export manifest, tally sheet from OMS
4. Monitoring of ETA of vessel. (portent)
5. Prepare stuffing & unstuffing load plan.
6. Issuing trucking jobs to haulier.
7. Verify final tally sheet from tally clerk after stuffing & unstuffing.
8. Updating CERP for all inbound and outbound process.
9. Updating customer for cargo discrepancy.
10. Liaise with haulier for any container movement and arrangement of return/pick up of empty container.
