The Job:
Reporting to the PHICO Manager, the Senior/Executive will support the SGH Population Health and Integrated Office (PHICO) in administrating the Healthy, Empowered and Active Living (HEAL) Fund and its projects within Southeast Singapore and the wider SingHealth Regional Health System area. The projects cover a wide range of population health areas, including care model innovation, technology-enabled care and intergenerational programmes.
The roles and responsibilities include but is not limited to:
- Support in programme and fund management, including developing work plans, report writing, budgeting and delivering presentations
- Facilitating population health projects, from development to implementation and support in scaling
- Working closely with various internal and external stakeholders across various sectors to plan and facilitate programmes activities to support population health projects under HEAL Fund
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline, preferably Health Sciences or Social Sciences
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Team player with excellent planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
