Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment process including job posting and interview arrangement
- Manage on-boarding and off-boarding activities
- Prepare employment contracts, HR letters and correspondences
- Conduct new hires orientation
- Process work passes applications, renewal and cancellations
- Maintain and updating staff personal file and system
- Provide support on administrative matters
- Other ad hoc HR functions as and when required
Requirements:
- GCE O Level & Above
- Good knowledge of HR practices and legislation
- Meticulous with strong numerical and analytical skills
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment
