Looking for Full time QS cum drafter for Construction firm.

1) Able to breakdown tender drawings into Architectural, Strucutral and M&E

2) Able to contact suppliers/sub contractors to get quotation timely

3) Able to meet deadline set by tender due dates

4) Able to communicate in both English and Chinese

5) Autocad,BIM and microsoft softwares I.E Projects, Excel, Powerpoint, Words
