This position provides timely and effective secretarial support to the SVP Operations and SVP Finance as well as to handle confidential data.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all confidential secretarial and administrative duties are completed timely and within established company guidelines for SVP Operations.
- Manage the SVP Operation’s and SVP Finance's appointments and meeting schedules.
- Assist in preparation of presentation materials for meetings.
- Make travel arrangements and hotel bookings for visitors from overseas and local employees travelling overseas, including VISA related issues.
- Organising and coordinating visitors’ schedules, events and town hall meetings.
- Ensure effective and efficient documentation, filing and database management.
- All other administrative matters such as correspondences, stationery, pantry supplies, etc.
Requirements :
- 5 years of experience as a secretary
- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Highly self-motivated, result focus and a team player
- Independent, resourceful, responsible and meticulous
