Job Description:
As the SEO Director at OOm Pte Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in leading our SEO team to achieve outstanding results for our clients. You will be responsible for overseeing the execution of both on-page and off-page SEO strategies, managing a team of SEO Specialists, and ensuring the continuous improvement of our SEO processes and workflows. Additionally, you will be involved in pitching to enterprise clients and providing strategic guidance to drive growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO Specialists, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Manage remote teams effectively, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across all projects.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, encouraging teamwork and professional development.
SEO Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic and conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, and incorporate them into our strategies.
- Conduct regular audits and analysis of clients' websites to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Client Engagement and Pitching:
- Participate in client pitches and presentations, showcasing our expertise in SEO and our ability to deliver results.
- Collaborate with the sales and account management teams to understand clients' goals and objectives, and tailor SEO strategies to meet their needs.
Process Optimization and Workflow Enhancement:
- Develop and implement efficient processes and workflows for SEO execution, ensuring scalability and consistency across projects.
- Identify opportunities for automation and integration of tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Department Management:
- Collaborate with other department heads to align SEO strategies with overall business objectives and priorities.
- Provide leadership and direction for the SEO department, setting clear goals and performance metrics, and monitoring progress towards achieving them.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (min. 5 years) in SEO management, with a track record of driving successful outcomes for clients.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing remote teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and techniques, with a passion for staying abreast of industry developments.
- Experience in pitching to enterprise clients and presenting complex SEO strategies in a clear and compelling manner.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement scalable processes and workflows for SEO execution.
- Proven track record of driving departmental growth and success through strategic planning and execution.
