Job Description
- Responsible for monthly management of accounts closing
- Handle GL accounts for a subsidiary
- Review AR and AP accounts
- Prepares quarterly GST report and GST related matters
- Prepare the weekly cash flow report
- Able to supervise junior staff to meet work quality and dateline
- Liaise with operations, customers, suppliers, auditor, tax agents & bankers
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification
- 3-5 years working commercial experience or 2-3 years audit experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) and knowledge of ACCPAC would be preferred
- Meticulous and able to work independently to meet deadlines
- Candidates who are able to start work immediately or within short notice is preferred
