Salary: Up-to $6,000 (depending on experiences)

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible and accountable for the commercial management of a store, maximizing sales and minimizing losses.
- To lead and motivate the store team, develop and improve all staff to reach and maintain high customer service and selling skills.
- Ensure store operation standards are adhered to by all store staff.
- Ensure daily briefing to staff on sales targets.
- Ensure daily housekeeping standards are maintained.
- Manage complaints cases whenever necessary.
- Provide training and coaching to the team.
- To be an effective member of the company's management team, contributing to setting, monitoring, and achieving targets and objectives for the store.
- To be proactive in developing the business.
- To manage staff, merchandise, and space to ensure the highest standards of sales floor operation.
- Responsible for reviewing store transactions daily as a control to detect and prevent irregular and suspicious transactions.
- Monitor and maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures to make sound business decisions and communicate/educate all staff.
- Responsible for roster planning to ensure sufficient manpower at all times.
- Sets priorities for employees to meet daily deadlines; develops plans to meet short-term objectives.
- Communicate with Visual team and/or oversee physical site maintenance.
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
- 5 years working experience in sales and distribution of branded merchandise in a retail environment, leading a large team, and preferably in Sports and lifestyle chain stores.
- Have strong leadership and communication skills.
- Results-orientated with strong understanding of day-to-day in-store operations.
- Energetic and self-motivated individuals highly preferred.
