Corporate Sustainability
- Coordinate and manage the gathering, consolidation and checking of data from regional countries for the annual Sustainability Report, and establish Sustainability-related sections and content in the company’s Sustainability Report and/or Annual Report.
- Strong in corporate communications with respect to sustainability.
- Coordinate and advise regional markets on sustainability goals.
Building Solutions
- Strong record of engagement with local vendors of building products and solutions.
- Ability to identify performance of existing assets and suggest methods of improvement in sustainability performance.
- Understanding of commercial implications of building solutions, such as CAPEX vs. ROI.
Building Certification
- Proficient in certifications of both local and regional green certifications, including but not limited to Green Mark, CASBEE, Three Star, NABERS, etc..
- Ability to guide and administer GRI, GRESB, CRREM and other international standards is preferred.
- Ability to audit existing building performance and recommend strategies for certification.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 8 years in a sustainability, engineering or related field.
- Proficient in project management and the implementation of building solutions and technologies in built assets.
- Highly driven and self-motivated individual.
- Good communicator, influencer and team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Independent worker, take initiatives and interact and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve problems and deliver results.
- Prior experience in a consulting or real estate background is preferred but not compulsory.
