Sales Co-ordinator
(Products of Valves, Pipes & Fittings)
Responsibility
1. Handle sales enquiry and customer’s purchase order
2. Process sales quotation, sales order and purchase order
3. Liaison with customer on product quality and delivery
4. Provide pre and post sales services to maintain good working relationship with
customers
5. Arrange shipment accordance to sales order
6. Retrieve mill test certificates when require
7. Monitor and assist the Finance Dept. in collecting payment from the customers
8. Perform other ad-hoc projects or duties as and when necessary
Requirements
1. Must have at least 2 years’ experience in the sales of valves, pipes & fittings, hardware products or electrical items, especially in the oil & gas industry
2. Knowledge of MS Office applications
3. Good analytical mind and planning skills
4. Only candidates with experiences in valves, pipes & fittings will be shortlisted for interviews
