Job Description
- The Consultant supports our clients in their digitalization plans to implement and support ERP and CRM solutions.
- Analyse client business requirements
- Perform gap analysis and offer advise on business process, workflow automation and management reporting formats
- Involve in training and project documentation
- Implements Omni-Channel
- Provide Go-live Support
- Customer Management
- QA and Documentation
Job Requirement
- Degree holders in Business or IT are preferred
- Possess strong interest in Implementation, Post Go-live Support
- Below only for experience hire
- Possess at least 3 years’ hands-on (includes understanding user requirements, system implementation, data conversion, technical support, end-user training etc.)
Educational Qualifications
Preferably degree in Computer Science with management degree.
Selected candidate will be provided Training for Netsuite and HRMS.
