- Contact previous customers to market current promotions
- Attend to customers who call-in with enquires and request for quotations, or directing them to the appropriate sales person
- Assist sales persons to prepare quotations for customers orders
- Provide delivery status or updates of customers’ orders, coordinate changes if necessary
- Update changes in customers’ information
- Update inventory records, customers’ sales records and price change information
- Coordinate with store for collection and delivery of goods
- Perform any other Ad Hoc projects and assignments as and when required
Job Requirements
- Singaporean, PR or LTVP only
- Must be proficient in Malay language as our customer base is mostly Malay.
- Job is currently temporary for a 4-weeks period from 12 March 2024 to 8 April 2024.
