Job Responsibilities:
- Process sales orders
- Check availabilities of materials and production capacities
- Develop and issue monthly production schedule to production department
- Update and forecast materials/components and production loading capacity requirement
- Monitor phase-out and new materials/components implementation schedule
- Liaise and coordinate with various department to ensure timely shipment of materials and finished goods
- Any other tasks assigned by superior if needed
Job Requirements:
- 'A' level or Diploma in related discipline
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Possess initiative at work and positive working attitude with a good interpersonal skillset
- Meticulous with attention to details
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
