Job Description
- Able to perform and maintain bookkeeping entries into Xero accounting system. Prior experience with Xero will be an advantage.
- Support Accountant in the administration function of preparation and compilation of financial and management reports, and the preparation, submission and filing of GST returns.
- Prepare sales invoices and purchase orders.
- Maintain physical filing and/or e-filing, as appropriate, of document records in support of financial reports.
- Any other duties/tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- LCCI higher certificate/diploma or Diploma in Accounting at least 3 years of relevant working experience
- Work experience in a SME would be an added advantage
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Self-driven with initiative, ability to multi-task and able to work independently under tight deadline.
- Good interpersonal, communication and ability to work under pressure
- Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
- Immediate available is preferred
- Singaporean or P.R. only
