Job Description

  • Able to perform and maintain bookkeeping entries into Xero accounting system. Prior experience with Xero will be an advantage.
  • Support Accountant in the administration function of preparation and compilation of financial and management reports, and the preparation, submission and filing of GST returns.
  • Prepare sales invoices and purchase orders.
  • Maintain physical filing and/or e-filing, as appropriate, of document records in support of financial reports.
  • Any other duties/tasks as assigned

Job Requirements

  • LCCI higher certificate/diploma or Diploma in Accounting at least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Work experience in a SME would be an added advantage
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Xero, or similar accounting software.
  • Self-driven with initiative, ability to multi-task and able to work independently under tight deadline.
  • Good interpersonal, communication and ability to work under pressure
  • Bilingual in English and Chinese preferred (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)
  • Immediate available is preferred
  • Singaporean or P.R. only

Working Hours: 9.00am to 6.00pm (Monday to Friday)
