We are looking for a part time employee who can work remotely and expect to work 20hrs. Open to hire as full time employee based on their performance.
WEEKLY
● Update Weekly bank balances and WhatApp the images to Director
● Administration tasks to handle personal matters for director's family
● Ad-hoc duties
MONTHLY
● Payout salaries on month ends, submit own claims for the month.
● Monthly invoice processing
● Rental payment processing
● Download all banking statement and upload to drive
● Upload banking transactions and categorized banking transactions on Quickbook
YEARLY
● Need to pay and update the latest ACRA and upload to google drive.
● Check with accountant with the Balance sheets and P&L on quickbooks.
● IRAS matters.
Requirements:
- Accounting major is a plus
- Preferred 1-3 years or working experience
- Able to commit to work on weekday between 10am - 4pm (flexible timing)
- Can work immediately/ within a week
- Uni / college students are welcome to apply
