Specialising in Design & Building of utility systems, prefabrication/ DFMA works, facility & plant maintenance and construction implementation such as structural steel, piping, storage tanks & silos as well as the equipment installation, we take pride and passion in all that we do.
The ACMV Engineer will be stationed at site and report to the Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Review and manage design documentation for ACMV, BMS, DfMA, Ductless, ESCS or other systems as required by project.
- Understand construction shop drawing.
- Calculation of heating and cooling load, equipment sizing (MV& AHU), Electrical load etc.
- Develop ICDD documentation.
- Monitor and verify installation of ACMV Equipment, air handling units, chillers, MV system, packaged units, VRV system and split units.
- Study and assess drawings, plans, specifications and other documents regarding the construction project.
- Regularly review, assess and evaluate the execution of the project.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising in a project.
- Perform site visits throughout the project, update Project Manager on the progress of the project against the agreed schedule.
- Verify material requisition and taking-off quantities/site measurement.
- Attend and conduct site tests and inspections.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and all HSE requirements.
- Maintain, manage and document all project reports and statements.
Requirements:
- Must have design and installation experience in ACMV, BMS, DfMA, Ductless Jet Fan, ESCS or similar system.
- Must have on-site experience in the construction industry.
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Experience with ICDD (Interface Control & Data Document) is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of codes, standards and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit etc.
