Role and Responsibilities
Perform health monitoring of the DC M&E equipment.
Attend to users’ request related to DC FM
Assist with cabling works within the DC.
Monitor ticketing system and follow up on necessary actions.
Prepare risk register for vulnerabilities devices, inclusive of vulnerabilities assessment scanning.
Ensure all DC asset movement activities are updated.
Assist DC manager and Team lead in reporting generating.
Requirements:
· Required to be on 24 x 7 standby.
· Displays willingness to learn and is committed to providing service level excellence in everything that he / she does.
· Able to articulate effectively and work well within a team.
· Proficiency in Microsoft office.
· Comfortable with 12 hours shift.
