Job Scope:
- Promote the product to drive sales
- Implement action plans to achieve sales targets
- Track self/team progress against key performance indicators and sales plans
- Prioritise and review daily sales activities performed
- Execute sales activities for assigned businesses/territories, including adequate stock, proper pricing structures, promotional campaigns, planogram implementation, etc.
- Report on competitor activities/innovations and suggest in-store cross-merchandising opportunities to enhance sales
- Gather customer feedback and promptly act on it
- Record and maintain sales/stock movement data for reporting and tracking purposes
- Execute continuous improvement activities on retail/outlet sales processes and customer issue resolution
Functional skills and knowledge:
- Demonstrate basic knowledge and understanding of the industry/market/competitors/customers
- Demonstrate basic knowledge in the management of retail operations
- Demonstrate basic research and analytical skills
- Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken
