- Responsible for production scheduling, working orders and recordings.
- Ensure production activities are carried out properly and efficient utilization of manpower.
- Train new production staff on proper working methods and production recording.
- Work closely with Quality Controller to ensure high Quality products are achieved.

- Promote positive work environment
- Ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety legislation/guideline
- Develop strategic and operational plans for managing execution and measuring results
- Any other duties as may be assigned by management
- Must Able to work night shift and split shift
- Must Able to work OT on weekends and public holiday
