You will be part of the Group Communications team that builds, strengthens and safeguards SingHealth’s brand while increasing its mindshare with external audiences. A creative, hands-on social media specialist, you will be responsible for producing high-quality and engaging content that resonates with the audience to communicate, brand and shape mindset about the work of SingHealth for a variety of online platforms (including but not limited to Instagram and TikTok).
You will be responsible for overseeing one or more of SingHealth's social media platforms, curating content, and implementing strategies to drive growth and engagement with diverse audiences. By leveraging data-driven insights and staying abreast of industry trends, you will spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, cultivating a robust online community, and nurturing meaningful relationships with stakeholders across multiple digital touchpoints.
You will be required to develop and execute content across various social media channels to increase brand awareness and engagement, which includes producing the creatives and copywriting as well as managing video and photography editing for short-form content. You will work closely with the social media content creators and communications teams to adapt content for various SingHealth platforms and drive creative ideation with stakeholders to produce multimedia content to promote audience engagement in line with brand guidelines and overarching communication and organisational objectives.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields with at least 4 years’ relevant experience and proficient with digital multimedia production, and possess technical knowledge and experience using professional audio, lighting, and videography equipment
- Excellent command of both spoken and written English
- Experience in creating strong, engaging content and writing for online platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Premiere Pro
- Familiar with popular social media platforms
- Familiar with digital publishing platforms and data analytics software with a strong understanding in SEO and web metrics
- Excellent research, organisational, time management and problem-solving skills
- Independent worker, with drive to initiate projects and see them to completion
