JOB DESCRIPTION
We are an S1 Accredited Specialist Steelwork Contractor looking for a Project Manager to manage the secured steelwork sub-contract for LTA Projects.
RESPONSIBILITY
· Manage and oversee the daily site and construction management of the project and provide timely updates.
· Deliver the project on time and to the budget.
· Represent the company to lead the project and team at the site.
REQUIREMENT
· Degree/Diploma recognized by Building Construction Authority (BCA)
· At least 8 years experience in the local construction industry with 5 years managing steelwork projects for LTA project.
· This role will be based at site.
· Possess driving license. Preferable with own vehicle.
