Duties & Responsibilities
• Good knowledge of contract and QS procedures and pricing.
• Experienced in procurement, budgeting, estimation, contract administration, measurement of quantities & variation order.
• Compile photos, inspection forms, and all relevant documents required for VO attachment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication & negotiation skills
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation
• Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Superior.
Requirement
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, or equivalent.
• 05 years of relevant working experience (QS)
• Demonstrate proficiency and competency in a project QS function and can work independently.
