Job Duties:
- Perform data entry to update any changes in the system
- Processing Concur claims
- Adhere to the organization regulations to ensure that the information remain confidential
- Assist with administrative duties such as stationary purchasing and coordination work
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of admin experience
- Customer-oriented, with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, able to process requests with accuracy and meet service standards
- Proficient in MS Office
