NES Fircroft is currently supporting the recruitment of a Transaction Manager to join our clients workforce on a permanent member of staff basis. Working within the commercial real estate industry, the incumbent will have more then 5 years experience in commercial real estate/property transactions across multiple markets across APAC.
Responsibilities:
As transaction manager, you will be responsible for the companies site selection activities in APAC, this will include a full spectrum of duties including, diligence activities, acquisition process, internal and external stakeholder management, transaction management, budget management and more. As a manager for the department, you shall also be expected to create the foundation of systems, tools and processes to manage contracts, KPIs, and systems for site acquisition.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in commercial real estate/property transactions in APAC
- High level analytical skills and real estate finance.
- Land and building acquisition
- DC Experience
- Prior professional contract experience including; NDAS, POA’s etc
