- On Job Training Provided
- Monday - Friday / 9am - 6pm
- Permanent Role / AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 days AL
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting with the order processing.
- Provided administrative support to the sales team and aftersales team.
- Follow up with customer on payment status.
- Managing with customer enquiries via email and phone call.
- Establishing and upholding an accessible and well-organized filing system to support related team.
- Liaise with supplier on shipping matters and cargo readiness.
Job Requirements
- 1 years of experience in Sales Support related experience.
- At least Diploma in Business Administration or Logistic related
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaker customer.
