1+ year experience as L2 support
Must have experience in following areas:
· ITIL practices
· Unix OS
· SQL
· Middleware (Tomcat, MQ)
· Kubernetes
· Autosys or Any scheduling system
· Language: Shell or Python
· Jira and Service Now
Analytical and Problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills along with a customer/user-centric mindset
