  • Agility, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to stay cool under fire
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, given the fast pace and dynamic environment we operate in;

  • The ability to effectively manage an agency;
  • An independent thinker who loves to innovate, experiment and explore new ideas;
  • Willingness to roll-up your sleeves, be hands on and get work done;
  • The ability to ruthlessly prioritise and work across a wide range of ideas and campaigns;
  • A deep understanding of the specific cultural needs and nuances of countries across APAC;
  • Experience living and working in APAC is a must.

The work:

  • Working alongside the country communications and publicity teams to champion our brand and content narratives across the region;
  • Strategic management of our team’s flagship campaigns in 2024, gathering cross-functional support and participation and coordinating logistics/messaging to drive impactful conversations in new, innovative ways.
  • Liaising with local comms and policy leads to identify industry investment storytelling opportunities including examples that demonstrate our commitment to the creative community by utilising press, events and speaking opportunities.
  • Maintain relationships with influential people and organisations across the region and manage regular engagement across our announcements and campaigns.
  • Management of studio communications and opportunities to engage press around local productions.
