Key Responsibilities:
- Complete molecular biology and gene synthesis experiments according to SOP requirements to ensure stable and orderly daily production
- Determine and analyze experimental results, and prepare various reports
- Improve product quality standards and continuously optimize the quality system
- Complete daily management tasks including 5S, quality, safety, equipment maintenance, and other related tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in Biology, Chemistry or related fields
- Experience in gene synthesis in the biotechnology industry is an added advantage
- Familiar with gene synthesis processes, basic knowledge of molecular biology, project management, and 5S management
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Team player with good communication skills (verbal and written)
