Job Responsibilities:
- To handle daily operation of both Bar and F&B outlet.
- Planning of manpower on day to day operation and checking on daily/weekly reservation to minimize on labour cost.
- Ensure staff adhere to grooming standards and in a proper attire requirement.
- Train new hire/Part timer on service standards before operation, and guide them along during operation.
- Conduct performance review with staff and provide feedback to guide and improve staff performance towards achieving excellent customer service.
- Handle feedbacks/complaints from guest and report feedback to F&B Manager and recommend any solution to better handle the issue.
- To ensure sufficient supplies required for F&B department and ensure equipments are well kept and keep tract of OE par stock with the assistant of banquet personnel.
- Ensure the cleanliness of restaurant and event room at all times.
- Conduct daily briefing and roll calls , updating of any events/VIPs etc.
- Co-ordinate,organize,prepare all administration support and assist in execution of any special events/promotions.
- Assist in preparation and distribution of any new promotion and work with relevant department to update collaterals.
