Warehouse cum Stock-Take Assistant (Warehouse/Store)

Job Responsibilities:
Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, updating and filing etc.
Perform weekly/monthly stock-take in both warehouse and all retail outlets.
Manage stock and ensure stocks are up to date as per SOP standards. Reporting any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Prepared monthly reports by physically counting items using barcode scanner and update to Excel spreadsheets accordingly.
Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Store experience in stock take management, handling stock records, etc.
Able to communicate well with outlets sales colleagues in the area of stock matters.
Good in computer knowledge to use windows application (MS Office Excel, Words, etc)
Knowledge of EPOS system will be an added advantage but not necessary. Training will be provided.
Good eye sight, detailed and task oriented.
Willing to travel to retail outlets for physical stock take.
Good learning attitude and initiative (willing to take on more roles)
