Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling exports/shipping operations to global markets.
- Liaise with external parties and coordinate shipments with respective factories/customers/service provider.
- Prepare shipping documents and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Arrange GST supporting documents and submit to accounting department.
- Verify service provider bills.
- Strive to meet monthly KPI targets.
- Support manager in reporting and data analytics.
- Support manager/team leader in PowerPoint preparation.
- Job coverage during colleagues’ absence (buddy system).
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years in logistics and/or shipping industry.
- Computer literacy in Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Experience in Power BI and analytics will be an added advantage.
- Experience in managing a team preferred but not necessary.
