- Collaborate with the Director of Front Office & Assistant Front Office Manager to maintain seamless daily operations for guest arrivals, in-house stays, and departures.
- Supervise, train, and assess the performance of the Front Office team, ensuring adherence to the hotel's quality and standards.
- Offer support as needed to ensure that Talents consistently deliver optimal services to guests.
- Identify potential issues and devise effective resolutions promptly.
Your Qualifications:
- Holds a Tertiary education degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management.
- Possesses a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a hotel of similar capacity.
- Demonstrates proficiency in language and exceptional customer relations skills.
- Exhibits quick thinking abilities and a proven track record as a problem solver.
